MANAGER'S REPORTS <br />July 2017 Financial Report <br />Finance Director Lisa Minter presented the July 2017 Financial Report. No action <br />was taken. <br />County Manager Monthly Report for August 2017 <br />County Manager John Crumpton presented his Monthly Report for August 2017, a <br />copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon <br />reporting to the Board the unfinished state of the San Lee Park Nature Center project, Mr. <br />Crumpton requested the Board's consideration of moving forward with liquidated damages. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to place the contractor for the San Lee Park Nature Center <br />project on notice of Lee County's request for liquidated damages dated back to August 12, <br />2017. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Dodson, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sharpe, Sloan <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />VIII.
