Commissioner Matthews moved to accept the appointment of <br />Candace Horton to the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council. Social Services Director Brenda Potts told the Board that General Statute <br />108A-27 requires that all counties in North Carolina develop and submit a Work First <br />County Plan. She asked that the Board appoint a committee to develop this plan, which <br />must be submitted for FYs 2001-2003.
