The Breastfeeding Promotion and Support Mini -Grant for the Lee County Health <br />Department has been approved in the amount of $2,002. The purpose_of these mini- grants.is to help local -.- <br />- — <br />agencleslmplemedf projects that will enhance breastfeeding promotion and support efforts in their <br />communities. The long term goal of this funding is to improve initiation, duration and exclusivity of <br />breastfeeding within the WIC population. <br />• will be increasing your budget effective October 1, 2010, the start date for the Breastfeeding <br />Promotion and Support Mini -Grant activities.
