Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of a request from the North Carolina Department of Transportation to add 530 feet of Clyde Rhyne Drive in the Lee County Industrial Park to the State maintained system. Commissioner Matthews moved to approve a resolution to add 530 feet of Clyde Rhyne Drive to the State Maintained Secondary Road System, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
