U <br />® 03 <br />BOOK 18 r~sE 34~,'; <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of <br />the petition by Reginald Williams to rezone from Residential Restricted District to <br />Residential Agricultural District, approximately 3.83 acres of land located at 3429 Cotten <br />Road. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning <br />Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Satds <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of <br />the petition by Jimmy R. Carter to rezone 6'om Residential District to Residential <br />Agricultural District, 2.01 acres of land located off Highway 87 South just northwest of <br />the property located at 5120 and 5124 Highway 87 South. Commissioner Matthews <br />moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of <br />a preliminary plat for Gunter Farms II Subdivision, located off Nicholson Road. <br />Commissioner Sauls moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Flincks, Lenunond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended approval of <br />a request from the North Carolina Department of Transportation to add 530 feet of Clyde <br />Rhyne Drive in the Lee County Industrial Park to the State maintained system. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve a resolution to add 530 feet of Clyde Rhyne <br />Drive to the State Maintained Secondary Road System, a copy of which is attached to <br />these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />3 <br />
