Use of Buffer. <br />Provided that the required buffer width and screening is maintained, a buffer may contain <br />utilities, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and other minor or passive uses compatible with the <br />general separation of land uses. <br />Section 5. Schedule for Required Buffers. <br />The specifications for each buffer type A, B, and C in the following table arc illustrated in the <br />Appendix A to this Article. The established land use classifications are as follows: <br />Class 1: Single family dwellings, two family dwellings, recreational uses of less than five <br />(5) acres, *non-commercial animal confinement facilities, plant nurseries and <br />greenhouses. <br />Class Architecturally integrated subdivisions under single ownership, schools, public <br />services, dormitories and residence halls, parks of five (5) acres or more, <br />recreational facilities, fraternal lodges, churches, and community centers. <br />Class I//: Multi-family complexes, cemeteries, planned residential developments, mobile <br />home parks, meeting halls, nursing homes, hospitals, child care centers, and mini <br />warehouse storage facilities. <br />Class /V: Individual retail stores, shopping centers, office parks, restaurants, vehicle sales <br />and services, mobile homes sales, bus stations, railway stations, convenience <br />stores, car wash, warehousing, movie theaters, and service stations. <br />Class V: Light and heavy manufacturing, animal hospitals, laboratories, bulk plants, <br />processing plants, and industrial parks. <br />Section ti.
