The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was <br />in closed session. Following discussion in closed session, Commissioner Adams moved <br />to go out of closed session. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lenunond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved that a public hearing be held at the next meeting on <br />May 21, 2001, concerning proposed economic development incentives for Wyeth Lederle <br />and GKN Automotive. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lenunond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Sauls <br />moved to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lenunond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chaimman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
