There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of THREE AND FOUR <br />TENTHS (3.4) cents per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes <br />as of January 1, 2001, located within the Carolina Trace Fire District for the raising of <br />revenue for said district. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of $207,023,812 for purposes of <br />taxation and an estimated collection rate of 99%. <br />SECTION 42. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of SIX AND FOUR <br />TENTHS (6.4) cents per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes <br />as of January 1, 2001, located within the Northview Fire District for the raising of <br />revenue for said district. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of $256,069,330 for purposes of <br />taxation and an estimated collection rate of 99%. <br />SECTION 43. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of SEVEN AND NINE <br />TENTHS (7.9) cents per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes <br />as of January 1, 2001, located within the Cape Fear Fire District for the raising of revenue <br />for said district. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of $158,904,637 for purposes of <br />taxation and an estimated collection rate of 95%. <br />SECTION 44. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of EIGHT AND SIX <br />TENTHS (8.6) cents per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes <br />as of January 1, 2001, located within the Northwest Pocket Fire District for the raising of <br />revenue for said district. <br />This rate is based on an estimated total valuation of $88,172,468 for purposes of <br />taxation and an estimated collection rate of 93%. <br />SECTION 45. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of EIGHT AND SEVEN <br />TENTHS (8.7) cents per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of property listed for taxes <br />as of January 1, 2001, located within the West Sanford Fire District for the raising of <br />revenue for said district. <br />a36 <br />
