H <br />HN i$ PaCE $06 <br />f,I ;G <br />The current Ordinance states that "no more than three (3) lots can be created along a 30 <br />foot easement". No action was taken on the matter. <br />Mrs. Thompson told the Board that the Planning Board recommended to rescind <br />the current Buffer and Screening provisions and to replace them with a variation from the <br />City of Sanford's zoning requirements for buffers. After some discussion, Commissioner <br />Sauls moved to hold a public hearing on August 20, 2001 to consider rescinding and <br />replacing this ordinance. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Flincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an appointment to the Senior Services Advisory Board to <br />fill the unexpired term of Tex Kunsclman. Commissioner Paschal moved to appoint <br />Garland "Woody" Beale to this vacancy. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chainnan ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an appointment to the Sanford Planning Board. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to appoint Ruth Bryant as an alternate to the Sanford <br />Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chainnan Hincks moved that the Board go into the Lee County Water and Sewer <br />District No. 1 meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After completing business as the governing body of the Water & Sewer District <br />No. 1, Commissioner Adams moved to go out of the Water & Sewer District No. 1 <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />6 <br />
