All notices provided for this Lease Agreement shall be in writing and shall be <br />deemed to have been given when sent by registered or certified mail addressed to Lessor at: <br />William K. Cowan <br />c/o Lee County Government Center <br />106 Hillcrest Drive <br />Sanford, NC 27330 <br />and to Lessee at: <br />State Employees' Credit Union <br />PO Box 27665 <br />Raleigh, NC 27611 <br />16. This Lease Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws <br />of the State of North Carolina. <br />17. This Lease Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the <br />parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. <br />18. This Lease contains the complete agreement of the parties regarding the terms and <br />conditions of the lease of the premises, and there are no oral or written conditions, terms, <br />warranties, understandings or other agreements pertaining thereto which have not been incorporated <br />herein. This Lease Agreement may be modified only by written instrument duly executed by both <br />parties or their respective successors in interest. <br />19.
