Chairman Hincks asked board members if they would be willing to donate $25.00 per person to the new Depot Park for bricks xvith their name engraved on each brick. He stated that no county funds would be used. Senior Services Director Debbie Davidson and Health Director Mike Hanes gave presentations concerning their departments. Commissioner Paschal told the board that lie had received several calls concerning roaming and barking dogs in the county. A possible countywide leash law was discussed, but no action was taken on the matter. Chairman Hincks opened the public hearing that had been advertised for this date and time to hear comments concerning an amendment to the Lee County Zoning Ordinance as it relates to planning fees. Planner Althea Thompson outlined the proposed change and answered questions. No one spoke for against the proposed amendment. Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. There being no further business to come before the board, Commissioner Adams moved to adjourn the meeting.
