0]0 <br />.s 8 vacs 7` <br />eLj nu <br />Education Policy 5030, "Community Use of School Facilities." If at any time during <br />which the written activity schedule is in operation, the school principal determines that <br />there is a need for property or facilities which are not set out on the written schedule, <br />he/she will contact the Lee County Parks and Recreation Director and by simple written <br />agreement by the two of them, said property may be used by school under this agreement. <br />The schedule of dates, activities, and personnel responsible for each activity for the use of <br />Board's facilities will be in writing as above set out and will be arranged so as to avoid <br />conflict between school's use by Board and recreation use by county; that in the <br />scheduling of said facilities, school events and programs shall have first priority and <br />recreation programs established by the County shall have second priority. It is understood <br />that the County shall not have the right to preempt any previously scheduled activity to <br />be held on Board property. It is also understood that the County will have first right of <br />refusal prior to Board allowing use of facilities by any non-County party being granted <br />use of Board facilities. <br />The schedule of dates, activities, and personnel responsible for each activity for the use of <br />County's facilities will be in writing as above set out and will be arranged so as to avoid <br />conflict between school's use by Board and recreation use by county; that in the <br />scheduling of said facilities, County events and programs shall have first priority and <br />athletic and physical education programs established by the Board shall have second <br />priority.
