vu 19 rmp <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County, North Carolina that the <br />Zoning Ordinance of Lee County be, and it hereby is, amended as follows: <br />Section 1. Amend Article VI, APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS, by adding a new Section 6. <br />Court Ordered Divisions as follows: <br />"Section 6. Court Ordered Divisions <br />In any matter in which a court orders the partition of land by dividing the same <br />among the owners, such lots shall be granted a development permit, provided that the lots <br />secure an access easement as required by the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, no lot <br />is less than the required minimum lot size of the respective zoning district, and all other <br />applicable approvals and permits are obtained. No further division of a court ordered <br />subdivision shall continence except in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance." <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. <br />Upon a motion by Commissioner Matthews and seconded by <br />Commissioner N/A , this ordinan duly dopted <br />this the 16th dayof December 12002. <br />r <br />Herbert A.
