Ank <br />0 <br />eco;~ r a S.0 <br />RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE OPTIONS <br />ON THE <br />McKINNEY AND GODFREY PROPERTIES <br />Be It Resolved by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that it has been <br />requested by the Lee County Board of Education that it acquire options on the McKinney <br />and Godfrey properties in keeping with the instruments negotiated by the Site Selection <br />Committee as requested by the Lee County Board of Education; provided that the Lee <br />County Board of Education must hold a public hearing in December 2002, and prior to its <br />determination that either or both of said options should be exercised. <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />John auls, Vice-Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />c <br />ayn 11 Lee, Clerk <br />Motion made by Commissioner Robert Reives.
