o 8 Fac:i0DA: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners authorizes the Lee County Finance Office to honor and pay requisitions for <br />funds by the Joint Site Selection Committee in connection with the negotiations by said <br />Committee to acquire the Godfrey and McKinney lands located on Tramway Road; <br />provided that the Finance Officer receives permission from the Lee County Board of <br />Education. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the board, Commissioner Sauls <br />moved to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />8 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned in keeping with the motion. <br />
