He asked the board to allow one of these employees to be relocated to a vacant <br />office at the new Courthouse and the other to an unoccupied upstairs conference room in <br />the old Courthouse. Commissioner Reives moved to relocate the two employees to the <br />new and old Courthouse as recommended by Mr. Cowan. Upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Sauls <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Cowan discussed with the board the installation of windows on the fourth <br />floor wing where the June 12th fire took place. An estimate of $1,875 for one window, <br />with the price decreasing for each additional window installed had been received. After <br />some discussion, Chairman Hincks moved to approve the installation of up to fifteen (15) <br />windows on the fourth floor. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, and Sauls <br />Nay: Reives <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one vote. <br />5 <br />
