U uU, :18 I~CF 'J <br />For the purpose of employing inmate labor from Sanford Correctional <br />Center, thQ following terms are agreed upon by Sanford Correctional <br />Cen`.er,ind Lee County Operational Services. <br />I'. LOGISTICS: <br />1. Six (6) inmates. <br />2. Forty (40) hours per week, including travel. <br />3. Five (5) days per week. <br />4. Pack-outs supplied by Sanford Correctional Center. <br />5. Transportation provided by Lee County Operational Services. <br />II. WORK STATION/DUTY: <br />1. Yard and park maintenance to include jail and courthouse <br />outside area. <br />2. Custodial assignment for cleaning buildings, to utilize <br />inmates for loading/ unloading materials off-site and under <br />the supervision of the assigned supervisor. <br />3. No work on public school grounds. <br />III. SUPERVISION: <br />1. Supervisors will receive Division of Prisons training prior <br />to inmate assignments. <br />2. Supervisors will be on-site with visual contact at all <br />times, including lunch breaks. <br />3. Inmates will receive job descriptions, documented <br />equipment training by Lee County operational Services. <br />4. Lee County Operational Services will provide work <br />schedules for Sanford Correctional Center. <br />V. INMATE SCREENING: <br />1. Lee County Operational services may request screening of <br />inmates prior to placement, limited to public information <br />policy. <br />V. WAIVER AND BILLING INFORMATIQN: <br />1. It is agreed that Administrative cost will be waived. <br />2. Lee County Operational services will be billed one dollar. <br />($1.00) per day per inmate. <br />3. Billing will be in accordance with the Inmate Labor <br />Contract. <br />VI. TRAITSPOP.TATION : <br />1. Lee County Operational Services will transport inmates to <br />and from the work site. <br />2. Transporters will require PIN checks prior to transporting <br />inmates. <br />3. Upon return from work daily inmates will be turned over to <br />a staff member. <br />VII. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: <br />1. Sanford Correctional Center will supply steel toed shoes. <br />2. Lee County Operational Services will furnish all. other <br />OSHA required equipment (hard hat, safety vest, etc.). <br />
