The Board considered meeting dates for the month of December 2003. After some discussion, Commissioner Matthews moved to hold one meeting in the month of December at 9:00 a.m., Monday, December 15, 2003. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Rcives, and Stevens Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered appointments to the Greenwood Small Area Plan Steering Committee. Community Development Director Bob Bridwell told the Board that at the October 9, 2003, Steering Committee meeting they unanimously recommended the appointments of Donald Nicholson and Nancy Gust to the Committee. Commissioner Matthews moved to appoint Donald Nicholson and Nancy Gust to the Greenwood Small Area Plan Steering Committee as recommended. The Board conducted a public hearing that had been advertised for this date and time to consider a Lee ComaY A7ininnnu !-lousing Code Ordinance. Chairman Hincks opened the advertised public hearing. No one present spoke in favor of or in opposition to the proposed ordinance. Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. After some discussion, Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve a Lee Counts; 4linimilm Housing Code Ordinance, a draft copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
