ecox 19 wu 646 <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Rcives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered meeting dates for the month of December 2003. After <br />some discussion, Commissioner Matthews moved to hold one meeting in the month of <br />December at 9:00 a.m., Monday, December 15, 2003. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Rcives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered appointments to the Greenwood Small Area Plan Steering <br />Committee. Community Development Director Bob Bridwell told the Board that at the <br />October 9, 2003, Steering Committee meeting they unanimously recommended the <br />appointments of Donald Nicholson and Nancy Gust to the Committee. Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to appoint Donald Nicholson and Nancy Gust to the Greenwood Small <br />Area Plan Steering Committee as recommended. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Flincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board conducted a public hearing that had been advertised for this date and <br />time to consider a Lee ComaY A7ininnnu !-lousing Code Ordinance. <br />Chairman Hincks opened the advertised public hearing. <br />No one present spoke in favor of or in opposition to the proposed ordinance. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. <br />After some discussion, Commissioner Lemmond moved to approve a Lee Counts; <br />4linimilm Housing Code Ordinance, a draft copy of which is attached to these minutes <br />and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />4 <br />
