0 u3N i9 FACE 541 <br />The Planning Board recommended to the Board of Commissioners that the <br />following text amendments to the Lee County Zoning Ordinance be approved: <br />1) Amend Lee County Zoning Ordinance, Article VII, District <br />Regulations, Section 3. Table of Permitted Use to prohibit sanitary <br />landfills in the Residential Agricultural district and allow such use in <br />the Heavy Industrial district as a Special Use subject to the issuance <br />of a Special Use Permit <br />2) Amend Lee County Zoning Ordinance, Article VII, District <br />Regulations, Section 4.3 Regulations for Special Use Permits by <br />adding new development regulations for Sanitary Landfills <br />3) Amend Lee County Zoning Ordinance, Article VIII, Dimensional <br />Requirements, Section 2, Notes to the Table of Area, Yard, and <br />Building Requirements <br />Chairman Hincks moved to accept the above recommendations from the Planning Board <br />concerning the Lee County Zoning Ordinance, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof . Upon a vote, the results were s <br />follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lenunond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Adams <br />moved to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />ied in keeping with the motion. <br />%"0 <br />Herbert A.
