IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of Lce COMM, North Carolina that the <br />Zoning Ordinance of Lce County, North Carolina be, and it herebv is, amended as follows: <br />Section 1. Amend the 1-.cc County Zoning Ordinance, Article Vlll, Dimensional Requirements, <br />Section 2. Notes to the Table of Area, Yard, and Building Requirements, Subsection 2.1 <br />Modification of Required Yards, by adding a new paragraph regarding lots created on cul-de-sacs as <br />follows: <br />k) Cul-de-sac lots: Where lots in residential districts are created on a cul-de-sac, the <br />minimum lot frontage width shall be 35 feet. Cul-de-sac lots shall be exempt from the "100' lot <br />width at the front building setback line" requirement. Cul-de-sac lots shall meet all other <br />dimensional requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. <br />Upon a motion made by Commissioner Herb Hincks this Ordinance was <br />duhv adopted this the 15th day of September <br />FlerbertA.
