Mr. Bridwell told the Board that the Planning Board <br />approved a rezoning request from Wake Stone to rezone 4.02 acres of land at 9725 Stone <br />Quarry Road from Residential Agricultural district to Heavy Industrial Conditional Use <br />district, and a Conditional Use Permit to construct a vegetated earthen benn as a buffer <br />between the stone quarry and residential properties. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />approve the recommendation of the Planning Board.
