D. Required Plans <br />4:; <br />uJoK 19 Ficp 456 <br />Plans and documentation shall be submitted to establish compliance with this section including the <br />following: <br />1. Site plan drawn to scale showing the dimensions of the lot; the location of all <br />existing and proposed dwellings or structures and the setbacks from adjoining <br />property lines and between buildings; the sources or areas existing or proposed for <br />water supply and wastewater ground absorption systems, and means of ingress and <br />egress to the property and off-street parking. <br />2. The dimensions, snake, year and model of the manufactured home with photographs <br />taken of the exterior showing front, rear and sides of the home. <br />3. The type of materials to be used for the foundation enclosure, steps, porches, decks <br />or other additions. <br />4_ A certification shall be submitted from an architect or professional engineer licensed <br />to practice in North Carolina or from a third party inspection agency approved by <br />the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the NC Department <br />of Insurance. 'I lie certification shall indicate that the manufactured home is in <br />compliance with state or federal standards in effect at the time the unit was built, and <br />that am, repairs or alterations have been properly made." <br />Section 4.
