County Attorney K. R. Hoyle <br />told the board that an offer of 540,000 had been received from Community Real Estate <br />Holding Company to purchase the old DNIV building. Mr. Hoyle asked that the board <br />declare the property surplus and begin the upset bid process. After some discussion, <br />Commissioner Reives moved to advertise for auctioneering services and begin the <br />auctioneer process to dispose of the old DMV building on Old Carbonton Road.
