Mr. T-lanes discussed with the board the acceptance of a $3,000 bio-terrorism grant. Mr. Hanes told the board that this grant was available to Lee County for such things as training and travel to conferences. After some discussion, Commissioner Adams moved to approve the acceptance of a 53,000 bio-terrorism grant. The board considered matters pertaining to the Planning Board. Planner Althea Thompson told the board that the Planning Board recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat for Cottage Village if located at Carolina Trace. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board.
