LEE COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Sloan Pool Rental Rules and Regulations <br />Deadline <br />1. Reservation and payment must be made 21 days prior to the desired date. <br />2. Reservation times are available only on Saturday 9:OOAM-12:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday <br />evenings from 6:00-10:00 p.m. <br />Facility/Personnel <br />Additional fee of $50 for non -county residents <br />I . Up to 50 people - $25/hour + <br />Diving well only, l manager and 1 guard; <br />Both pools, 1 manager and 2 guards <br />2. 51 - 100 people - $50/hour + <br />Lap pool only; Manager and 2 guards; <br />Both pools, 1 manager and 3 guards <br />Security Guard Required (renter hire) <br />3. 101 - 200 people - $75/hour+ <br />Both pools, 1 manager and 4 guards <br />Security Guard Required (renter hire) <br />(Manager's fee will be $12/hour and the guard fee will be $9/hour/guard along with the pool rental fees <br />will be paid to Lee County Parks and Recreation. Pool must be rented for a minimum of 2 hours.) <br />Miscellaneous <br />1. Adult pool parties are required to hire, at renter's expense, an off-duty police officer or security <br />guard to work the pool party. Renter must have a hand written statement from the off-duty police <br />officer/security guard stating that he/she will work the party. This statement must be turned in at the <br />time of payment. <br />2. The group may bring cooking equipment, food, and music (jam box only, no large equipment or <br />electrical cords). However, any set-up required will be the sole responsibility of the renter in <br />coordination with pool staff. <br />3. Absolutely no alcohol in the entire park. <br />4. Animals are not allowed in park or pool area. <br />5. Street shoes are not allowed on pool deck. (Beach sandals are allowed.) <br />6. Please advise all your guests to shower before entering the pool. <br />7. The Lee County Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel any portion or all of a pool rental, <br />if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the department or the safety of the participants. <br />8. Refunds will not be given due to renter's cancellation, only give if Lee County Parks and Recreation <br />cancels. <br />24 <br />
