Sloan Park - -Half-Day - Non -County <br />DatesAvailable.......................................................................................April thru October <br />Basic Hours - (7 hours)......................................................................10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. <br />ParkUsage Deposit.................................................................................................$350.00 <br />Damage Deposit (refundable if park is left clean) ..................................................$250.00 <br />Day's Limitations: <br />A. No back-to-back Saturdays per month. <br />B. Holidays cannot be booked. <br />C. May not reserve San -Lee Park on the same Saturday as O.T. Sloan Park. <br />County Public Works (on call for emergencies) - Pager # (on handout). <br />A. Representatives from Company and Public Works must meet 3 weeks <br />prior to picnic date, <br />Mandatory Personnel (Company): <br />A. Gate Attendant <br />Facility/Eguipment Fees: <br />A. Swimming Pool - 6 hours (while in operation) ................................$300.00 <br />Poolstaff..........................................................................................$320.00 <br />B. Tennis Courts (when available) - 4 courts only ................................$100.00 <br />Tournament package w/courts** ......................................................$300.00 <br />C. Ballfields.......................................................................................... $50.00/hour <br />1. Department will use fields for practice during the time that company does <br />not rent fields. Participants will be bused in/out from fields with little <br />interruption to picnic. <br />D. Athletic Equipment Deposit................................................................$50.00 <br />1. Athletic equipment deposit is refundable if returned on time and intact. <br />2. Company is responsible to pick up equipment at Lee County Parks & <br />Recreation Department Friday before 12:00 noon the day prior to your <br />picnic. Equipment must be returned Monday by 5:00 p.m. following your <br />picnic. <br />Volleyball kit (1 volleyball net, standards & ball) <br />Softball kit (3 bats & 4 balls) <br />Tug -of -War Rope (1) <br />Horseshoes (4/sets-4 in a set) <br />* adjustable depending on size of picnic <br />** includes director, scheduling, balls, and trophies <br />20 <br />
