Commissioner Mansfield seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz; Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Cole was instructed to work with the City of Sanford on billing for the <br />new customers and bring a recommendation back to the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the governing body of the <br />Water and Sewer District, Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the meeting. <br />Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the <br />adjourned. <br />Bertha L.
