Boa V PAGE 419 <br />253 <br />• The Board considered a fiscal agent agreement between the County of Lee and <br />First Citizens Bank to establish an account. County Manager William Cowan told the <br />Board this account needed to be established for the $1,500,000 water bonds. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the fiscal agent agreement as presented by Mr. <br />Cowan. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the two resolutions for the sale of water bonds in the <br />amounts of $331,000 and $2,500,000. County Attorney K. R. Hoyle explained the bonds <br />to the Board. Commissioner Garner moved to approve the two resolutions authorizing <br />the sale of water bonds, copies of which are attached to these minutes and by this <br />reference made a part hereof Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />• The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Water and Sewer District, <br />Commissioner Garner moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned. <br />Bertha L.
