UP .-A <br />® 914 <br />BOOK V PAGE 341 <br />The Board considered a resolution to make provision for the sale of water bonds. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the following resolution to make provisions for <br />the issuance of bonds authorized, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this <br />reference made a part hereof Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Water and Sewer District, <br />Commissioner Garner moved to adjourn the meeting.
