Poop i'7 Pr._ ~~u 2 ~ 1 <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Public Works Director Kenny Cole gave the Board an update on the water expansion <br />project. He told the Board that line installation on Contracts I and 11 are complete and the project <br />is approximately 75% complete. The project should be completed by August. There arc currently <br />1,058 new customers committed out of the. 1,589 customers needed. <br />The Board considered water expansion refunds and requests. Public Works Director <br />Kenny Cole asked the Board to refund tap fees for individuals that were unable, for various <br />reasons, to tap on to the water line. He also asked the Board to consider a list of customers <br />requesting a tap for $125.00 after the line was installed by their home. After some discussion, <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to refund tap fees to individuals unable to tap on the water line and <br />to approve customers requesting a tap for $125.00 after the line was installed by their home. <br />Copies of applicants to receive refunds and additional sign-ups are attached to these minutes and <br />by this reference made a part hereof Commissioner Garner seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cos, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Water and Sewer District No. I <br />meeting, Commissioner Mansfield moved to adjourn the mccting. Commissioner Paschal seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Ave: Cos, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Bertha L.
