Commissioner Reives seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to take $134,000 from the current water and sewer <br />fund to up size new lines. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to approve a resolution amending resolutions <br />adopted November 20, 1995 and August 19, 1996, a copy of which is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
