Commissioner Cox moved to hold a public hearing for residents on the roads to be deleted from the project at the August 18, 1997 meeting. Commissioner Moretz moved to take $134,000 from the current water and sewer fund to up size new lines. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve a resolution amending resolutions adopted November 20, 1995 and August 19, 1996, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. He also requested a copy of the letter be sent to all North Carolina delegates.
