666 16 PACE 768 <br />® After some discussion Commissioner Moretz moved to extend the deadline for water sign- <br />ups from February 3, 1997 to March 20, 1997, approve plans as submitted by Hobbs, <br />Upchurch and Associates and bid the project as recommended. Commissioner Reives <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Mansfield, Matthews, Moretz, Paschal and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Moretz <br />moved to go out of the Water and Sewer District No. I meeting.
