Oils <br />63Gf 16 r' 't,- 536 <br />governing body is hereby authorized to attest and seal, the said pipeline crossing <br />agreements substantially in such form with such necessary and appropriate variation, <br />omissions, and insertions as may be approved by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman. <br />Section 2. The agents, servants, and employees of the District are authorized <br />and directed to do and perform all such acts as may be necessary to comply with and carry <br />out the Districts responsibilities pursuant to the said pipeline crossing agreements. <br />Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the District Commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting <br />adjourned. <br />F.
