Mail User Agreements, Rules and Regulations to all customers <br />along the proposed routes. Make agreements available at the <br />Lee County Government Center, Public Works and Lee County <br />Courthouse. The period for sign-ups will be August 1, 1996 to <br />October 1, 1996. <br />2. Have one to two meetings at Greenwood School to make <br />agreements available and to answer questions. Publish <br />announcements in paper. <br />3. Approximately two weeks prior to construction, Public Works <br />will deliver a flag or stake to all users. Stakes shall be placed by <br />the property owner in the location they wish their service to be <br />placed. <br />4. The District will notify user when the service will become <br />available. <br />After some discussion Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the above <br />recommendations of the County Manager and Public Works Director. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Groce, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox left the meeting at this time. <br />The Board considered a Capital Projects Budget Ordinance. Finance Director Lisa <br />Minter presented a Capital Projects Budget Ordinance to the Board for approval. She <br />told the Board this needed approval before the water system project could be started. <br />Amounts have been appropriated for land acquisition, design and construction of the <br />water system. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve Lee County Water & Sewer <br />District No. 1 Water System Project Capital Projects Budget Ordinance as presented, a <br />copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />2 <br />
