County Manager <br />William Cowan told the Board this notice was to allow the County's <br />consulting engineer to proceed with the work in accordance with the <br />Agreement for Engineering Services, Section A(4) dated November 15, <br />1993, and to complete the WORK and submit to all Regulatory Agencies <br />within 240 calendar days as cited in Section A(23) of the above <br />referenced Agreement. The date of completion of all WORK is <br />therefore July 30, 1996. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve <br />the above Notice to Proceed as presented by the County Manager. <br />Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />045 <br />4 <br />
