Wicker Civic Center <br />West Jonesboro Ingram Building (Dalrymple <br />Park) <br />East Pocket Tramway Fire Department <br />West Pocket West Pocket Fire Department <br />The registration records for said election will be kept open at <br />the office of the Lee County Board of Elections, 106 Gordon Street, in <br />Sanford, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., each Monday through Friday, <br />through October 13, 1995. <br />Voters may also register, through October 13, 1995, at the Lee <br />County Library, on Hawkins Avenue, in Sanford, and at the Division of <br />Motor Vehicles when conducting business with that agency. <br />Voters may also register by mail. A registration by mail form <br />may be obtained from the Lee County Board of Elections. In order to be <br />valid for the special bond election the completed form must be <br />postmarked by October 13, 1995, at least 25 days prior to the election. <br />The last day of registration for the special election shall be <br />October 13, 1995. <br />Any qualified voter who (1) expects to be absent from the <br />District all day on said election day, or (2) because of sickness or <br />other physical disability occurring before 5:00 p.m. on the day prior <br />to the special election date will be unable to be present at the polls <br />to vote in person on said day, or (3) is expecting to be absent from <br />the District, or due to emergency disability will be unable to vote in <br />person, or a person who qualifies under G.S. 163-226(a)(4), and who, in <br />lieu of making application by mail, wishes to apply in person and <br />078 <br />4 <br />
