Boni . 15 r. ? 963 1.0 3 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA S COUNTY OF LEE NOTICE OF MEETING To the members of the Lee County Board of Commissioners in their capacity as the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 153A- 40, a special meeting of the governing body of the Lee County Water and Sewer District No. 1 will be held in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, NC, 27330, on Monday, February 20, 1995, immediately after the regular meeting of the Lee County Board of Commissioners to be held on said date for the following purposes: 1. to consider and approve the minutes of the special meeting of the Lee County Board of Commissioners held on Monday, February 6, 1995. 2. to consider and pass upon approval of the legal services agreement between said district and Kenneth R. Hoyle, Sr. for legal services and the authorization of the Chairman to execute and deliver said agreement for and on behalf of the district; 3. to consider and pass on a certificate that the district is in compliance with Farmers Home Instructions 1942.16 and to authorize the Chairman to certify such to the Farmers Home Administration or the Rural Economic & Community Development; 4. to consider and pass on approval of an application for federal assistance to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Standard Form 424.2) and the authorization of the Chairman to execute and deliver said application and make the assurances contained therein; 5. to transact such other business as may lawfully come before said meeting.
