R. Hoyle explained to the Board that Farmers <br />Home Administration requires a certificate of Compliance with the ten <br />laws listed as follows: <br />1) Compliance with special laws and regulations <br />2) State Pollution Control on Environmental Protection <br />Agency Standards <br />3) Consistency with other development plans <br />4) State agency regulating water rights <br />5) National Historic Preservation <br />6) Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br />7) Architectural Barriers of 1968. (Refer to FmHA <br />Instruction 1942.17 (k) <br />8) Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 <br />9) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br />10) Age Discrimination Act of 1975 <br />Commissioner Cox moved to approve authorization to execute a <br />Certificate of Compliance. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives and Stafford <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle explained to the Board the District <br />has completed the preapplication phase and had an application <br />conference on January 25, 1995. He explained that the Board would <br />need to consider and approve authorization to execute and deliver <br />application and assurances. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to <br />approve the authorization to execute and deliver application and <br />assurances. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Reives and Stafford <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Jack Dossenbach moved to adjourn the Lee County Water and <br />Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Chairman Garner seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />2 <br />
