Hoyle explained to the Board that Farmers Home Administration requires a certificate of Compliance with the ten laws listed as follows: 1) Compliance with special laws and regulations 2) State Pollution Control on Environmental Protection Agency Standards 3) Consistency with other development plans 4) State agency regulating water rights 5) National Historic Preservation 6) Civil Rights Act of 1964 7) Architectural Barriers of 1968. (Refer to FmHA Instruction 1942.17 (k) 8) Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 9) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 10) Age Discrimination Act of 1975 Commissioner Cox moved to approve authorization to execute a Certificate of Compliance.
