Commissioner Reives asked that Item <br />IV. D. (New Business) be pulleLiband placed on the Consent Agenda (contracts with Triangle South <br />WorkforceDevelopment Board). With no other changes made, Commissioner Kelly moved to approve 11, <br />the Agenda as amended.
