Make recommendations to Lee County on all claims by all parties to the contract related <br />to the execution and performance and progress of the work and all other matters and <br />questions related thereto, for final decision by the County. <br />5. Review and approve shop and working drawings provided by the Contractor. <br />6. Provide assistance in responding to Contractor Requests For Information (RFIs) during <br />the construction phase of the project. Act as the interpreter of the requirements of the <br />Contract Documents. <br />7. Review the Contractor's Change Order requests, and make recommendation to the <br />County regarding acceptance. Prepare written documents for all accepted Change <br />Orders. <br />8. Review and approve the Contractor's Pay Applications as necessary in accordance with <br />the Contract Documents. <br />9. Prior to the approval of final payment to the Contractor, make final inspection of all <br />construction and provide a written Certification of Completion and recommendation of <br />final acceptance. <br />10. Prepare and submit two (2) hard copies of signed and sealed record drawings to both the <br />County and the City upon completion of construction. <br />11. Complete and submit all final engineering certifications to the appropriate regulatory <br />agencies having jurisdiction over the project. <br />12. Expedite all warranty corrections which are required of the Contractor, and observe and <br />approve all warranty corrections which are made subsequent to project completion. <br />Basis For Compensation: <br />Based on our understanding of the project scope, McGill proposes to provide the above <br />described services for the following fees: <br />Existing Residence Survey Phase: $7,500 Maximum Not To Exceed <br />Surveying, Engineering Design and Permitting: $28,900 Maximum Not To Exceed <br />Easement Plat Preparation $1,000/Parcel <br />Easement Acquisition Assistance $2,000 Maximum Not To Exceed/Parcel <br />Bid and Award: $5,000 Lump Sum <br />Construction Administration &Periodic Observation: $12,900 Maximum Not To Exceed <br />
