NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS THAT: <br />Lee County jointly with the City of Sanford, requests PARTF funding for improvements <br />to certain parcels of land currently owned by Lee County at Kiwanis Family Park. It is the <br />intention of Lee County to donate certain parcels to the City to construct and maintain the <br />improvements.
