All in all SAGA has stayed very busy. We currently have 11 project in the deal stage. No <br />action was taken. <br />Finance Director Lisa Minter presented the Monthly Financial Report for February <br />2017. Ms. Minter reminded the Board that sales tax revenues run three months behind. <br />Tax collections through February 2017 show collections being ahead 2.15% through the <br />same period last year. In reviewing expenditures, the percentage used target is 66.67%. <br />Only a few departments are exceeding the target as of the end of February. Governing <br />Body is exceeding due to the payment of dues to organizations and travel expenses. <br />Strategic Services is exceeding due to maintenance contracts. Elections is exceeding due <br />to costs of November elections. Medical Examiner is continuing to exceed the target. A <br />budget amendment will be coming. Included in this report are sales tax collection through <br />December 2016. At this time, we are tracking on target with our budget. No action was <br />taken. <br />County Manager John Crumpton presented his Monthly Report for January 2017, a <br />copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Parks and Recreation Director John Payne presented an update on improvements at San <br />Lee Park. No action was taken. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Oldham moved <br />to adjourn the meeting.
