Additional Services <br />Dear Mr. Cole: <br />24 <br />@ <br />$45/hr <br />8 <br />@ <br />$75/hr <br />4 <br />@ <br />$75/hr <br />2 <br />@ <br />$90/hr <br />As noted in our scoping and pre-design meetings, the referenced project was originally intended to <br />route through Lee County's community college property (the former county airport) southward to the <br />Martin Marietta property, then crossing the Martin Marietta property to the proposed lift station site. A <br />main purpose in routing on Lee County property was to avoid easement acquisition (topographically, <br />a more favorable route would have followed the creek on the Jo Ann Field property. <br />The original scope of work also included 6 provision for simple emergency communications <br />(autodialer) from the proposed lift station in the event of high water, seal failure, etc. Recently, the <br />City of Sanford presented new requirements for relatively complicated SCADA communications <br />equipment. <br />The following sections outline the level of effort and professional fees needed to prepare and provide <br />the'additional easements and incorporate the new SCADA system into the proposed project. <br />Additional Easements <br />Over the course of the project, additional easements have become necessary. The City requires an <br />easement from the County along the community college property and the former Handsaker <br />property.
