Reviewed the June 30, 2016 closing documents related to the actual <br />purchase of the Subject Property by the County. <br />7. Reviewed the Conditional Option Agreement to Purchase Real Property <br />entered into simultaneously with the purchase agreement to allow the <br />County to acquire additional adjacent property for the proposed school site <br />at a later date if the County Board of Commissioners chose to do so. <br />8. Conferred with Amy Dalrymple, the Chairman of the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />9. Conferred with Kirk Smith, a Member of the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />10.
