A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME <br />OF A PORTION OF CLYDE RHYNE DRIVE <br />TO ENTERPRISE PARK DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Commissioners have received a request to rename a <br />portion of Clyde Rhyne Drive, between Womack Road and Colon Road, to Enterprise <br />Park Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Commissioners has reviewed the proposed name <br />change; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Commissioner find that the requested name change <br />will assist in the marketing and identification of the proposed Central Carolina Enterprise <br />Park; and <br />WHEREAS, there is no similar street name in the County of Lee and the name <br />will not be confusing or misleading. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lee County Commissioners <br />that the portion of Clyde Rhyne Drive, between Womack Road and Colon Road, is <br />hereby changed to Enterprise Park Drive, with an effective date delayed until May 22, <br />2017. <br />Adopted this the 6th day of March 2017. <br />Amy Dalrymple, Chair <br />r ' <br />a � ; <br />T <br />ble, County Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Whitney Pam AttorneyVe_ Cwyt� <br />FILED <br />LEE COUNTY NC <br />PAMELA G.
