Aft A% <br />uGil'n A Face 862 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chairman Hincks recessed the meeting until 7:00 p.m. <br />Upon returning at 7:00 p.m., with all members present. Chairman Hincks called <br />the meeting to order with members of the Lee County Planning Board and opened the <br />public hearing that had been advertised for this date and time. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle outlined the purpose of the joint hearings and the <br />findings of fact that the Board of Commissioners would need to agree upon before a <br />Conditional Use Permit can be approved. <br />Clerk to the Board Gaynell Lee administered the oath to individuals who planned <br />to speak or submit evidence concerning the request. <br />James Stone, Agent for Pamela Gaines (Congelosi) of 1879 Chris Cole Road <br />explained to both Boards the reason for the rezoning requests and answered questions. <br />Planner Althea Thompson outlined the Conditional Use process. <br />No one present spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. <br />Chairman Hincks closed the public hearing. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Hincks adjourned <br />the meeting. <br />Herbert A.
