4 9 LEE COUNTY REHABILITATION WORK CONTRACT NAME OF CONTRACTOR Tim's Home Repair and Remodeling ADDRESS 3445 Cool Springs Road, Broadwav NC 27505 DATE March 15, 2004 THIS AGREEMENT entered into between Tim Cameron hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"; and Lee County, referred to as "Agent" for Owner. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, Jackie Thomas , Owner, holds title to the real property and improvements located thereon which real property is described as follows: 401 Forest Avenue, Broadwav NC 27505 ; AND and WHEREAS, Owner desires to have improvements located on said property repaired or rehabilitated; WHEREAS, Owner has authorized Lee County to act as his/her agent to have said property rehabilitated; and WHEREAS, Contractor desires to perform such repair work and rehabilitation of said improvements; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and under the conditions hereinafter set forth, Contractor does hereby agree as follows: 1. Contractor agrees: (a) To furnish labor and materials to complete in accordance with the specifications attached hereto in the work write-up for the renovation and/or repair to premises located at the location listed above, as set out on work write-up for the sum of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and 00/ 100 dollars 12,960.00), with full payment to be made after completion of the work. Completion of all work to include the following: (1) Approved final inspection of work by certified building inspector. (2) Proper recording of documents in the public records of the County as is necessary. (3) Execution of Waiver of Lien. (4) Such other documents as the Lee County Community Development Office, its attorney shall deem necessary to protect the County and to insure no liens or prospective liens are encumbering the real property hereinabove described. (b) Warrants materials to be of the quality required by the specifications described in the work write-up. WORK CONTRACT
