0 t1u0X 19 NCE <br />.3. <br />After Planning Board members reached a decision on the joint public hearings, <br />Chairman Hincks re-opened the meeting of the Lee County Board of Commissioners. <br />Planning Board members recommended approval of the following matters: <br />1. Rezoning petition by Paul Utley for property located at 3604 Hawkins <br />Avenue <br />2. Rezoning petition by Donna Poe for property located at 3131 Jefferson <br />Davis Highway <br />3. Addition of Martin Circle and Lark Lane in the Quail Ridge <br />Subdivision to the State Maintained Secondary Road System <br />Commissioner Adams moved to approve the above recommendations from the Planning <br />Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Reives moved <br />to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Hincks, Lemmond, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted <br />ked in keeping with the motion. <br />Herbert A.
