All critical <br />documents would be contained on the site. It would need to be a responsive web design allowing webpages to be <br />viewed in response to the size of the device. <br />Marketing Brochures <br />Our in house Marketing Department is staffed with professionals working diligently on behalf of the owner(s). We <br />have developed several marketing pieces for the mega -site including a summary booklet and 139 page notebook <br />of materials to showcase the project and provide necessary documents for any prospective OEM project. <br />Targeted Marketing <br />NAI Carolantic has access to a proprietary database, and also utilizes Site -To -Do -Business which includes contact <br />information on over 16 million businesses and 225 million consumers. We utilize this information for development <br />of marketing campaigns and to target prospects. <br />Signs <br />We analyze projects for a number of factors such as visibility and permitting to determine the appropriate sign size <br />and placement on the property.
