Project Time: Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed and ready for final <br />payment within the number of calendar days indicated herewith: <br />Contractor shall be substantially completed within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. <br />9. Liquidated Damages: The undersigned agrees further that the Owner may retain those <br />amounts indicated below from the amount of Compensation due the undersigned, under the <br />terms of the Agreement, for each and every day in excess of the completion date that the work <br />remains incomplete. This amount Is agreed upon as the proper measure of liquidated damages <br />the Owner will sustain, per day, by the failure of the undersigned to complete the work, within <br />the stipulated time, and it is not construed, in any sense, as a penalty. <br />Owner's Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day <br />10.
