024 <br />N. Be available to assist the county health department during a public health emergency. <br />O. Assure that the LCS/LCHD Memorandum of Agreement that exists between all health districts and <br />local education agencies clearly states that emergency/disaster service by SNFI nurses is an allowable <br />use of their time. <br />Governing Law: In the event either party must commence a legal action in order to enforce any <br />rights under this contract, venue for any and all disputes shall be in Lee County, North Carolina. <br />This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to <br />principles of conflicts of law.
